What’s included in every venue.

Every styling package starts with a site visit. We never quote blind u2014 we walk the room, measure the ceiling and then design around your space.

Site visit & moodboard

We visit the venue in advance u2014 on our own or with you u2014 photograph the ceiling points, measure the room and send a full styling concept within 5 days. Two rounds of edits included.

Ceiling & wall draping

Sheer or velvet panels rigged to existing ceiling points or a freestanding frame. We work with almost any ceiling height and never drill into walls without prior approval.

Uplighting & ambience

Colour-washed uplights in your palette, pin spots for the stage and warm fairy lights for ceiling canopies. Battery-operated where venues restrict cabling.

Floor-to-ceiling dress

Entrance treatment, table centrepieces, chair styling and the stage or backdrop. Every surface in the room considered as part of one scheme u2014 nothing looks left to chance.

The full room dress

The most complete thing we do. We arrive the morning of your event, rig the ceiling, position the lighting, dress the tables, install the arch and treat the entrance u2014 and we’re done before guests arrive.

Includes a pre-event site visit, a full moodboard and a 3-person install team. Venues have included hotel ballrooms, community halls, marquees and living rooms.
